If you are finding out about my books for the first time or you are a keen reader already, either way I want you to know my ambition is to entertain you.
I have to say at the outset my books appeal to women readers almost exclusively. And generally to the more mature reader. I write the type of book I would like to read. In doing so, I've become fully immersed in the lives of my key characters - Richard, William and Julia Belleville - and Philippe Duval, the American doctor who plays a pivotal role in Julia's life. First Born Son and Price to Pay take the story of Philippe's life in a totally new direction.
If you aren't a fan of continuing characters, you can dip into my books at any point. Each book contains a prologue that provides a catch up so each book can be read independently of the other. But I do encourage dedicated series readers to start from the beginning with Julia's Story.
I have come to fiction writing quite late but as they say, better late than never. My advice: Don't let your dreams die with you. Go out and grab life while you can.
